| We keep two balances suitable for chemical weighing in stock. The Salter 1015 weighs directly onto the platform, or a separate tray or bowl can be used after re-zeroising the unit. The unit has a large angled display (10mm units) for easy reading. A switch allows either metric or avoirdupois measurements. The range is from 1 gram to 3kg. Battery powered using 1 x 9V Alkaline. Particularly accurate across the platform, some other budget units can vary markedly according to how the load is placed. | |
