ILFORD FIBRE-BASED PAPERS

ILFORD MULTIGRADE FB IV

Heavy double-weight, 225 gsm, with the popular neutral to slightly warm emulsion. The type IV has is the culmination of a century in paper emulsion research, with excellent tonal rendition throughout
the contrast range, particularly in the highlights. Neutral to slightly warm emulsion, influenced to some extent by developer choice, and the new ‘Warmtone’ and ‘Cooltone’ developers can be used to produce this range. High maximum density, with a unique third emulsion component which gives excellent highlight detail.

Available in double weight glossy (1K) and matt (5K) surfaces.
Note that X indicates that this combination does not exist.

Small sizes, including postcard have now been deleted by the
manufacturer, and 5x7” is only in packs of 100.

ILFORD MULTIGRADE FB WARM TONE

High quality fibre-based paper with warm-working emulsion and base. Works well with toning, although times required are likely to be longer than with traditional chloro-bromides, particularly with selenium toning. Surfaces are glossy (1K) and the matt option is the more delicate semi-matt (24K).
Image colour is capable of more modification than that of Multigrade IV, and the new Ilford ‘Warmtone’ and ‘Cooltone’ developers have been introduced to exploit this colour range.
The 42" roll is cut especially for us, and is not an Ilford stock item.
As well as glossy this is now stocked in the semi-matt finish, as from
