Regarding our service levels, unfortunately whilst the various restrictions remain in place we may not always be able to ship all orders within 1-3 working days. This is due to a number of our regular suppliers who are still operating with reduced stock availability and service levels. We continue work under COVID-19 guidelines regarding safe working practices with limited “on premisesâ€ť staffing, which may occasionally impact on our normal turnaround times of orders.
If your order is very urgent, please could you email us at email@example.com your requirements beforehand, so we can confirm availability and shipping time. We aim to reply in a timely manner, however please could you bear with us as we are often dealing with exceptionally high volumes of emails and calls on a daily basis.Â
