Regarding our service levels, unfortunately for now we may not always be able to ship all orders within 1-3 working days. This is due to a number of our regular suppliers who have not yet returned to pre COVID-19 stock availability/service levels. Also we are working under COVID-19 guidelines regarding safe working practices with limited “on premisesâ€ť staffing, which has impacted on our normal turnaround times of orders.
If your order is very urgent, please could you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your requirements beforehand, so we can confirm availability and shipping time. We aim to reply in a timely manner, however please could you bear with us as we are dealing with exceptionally high volumes of emails and calls on a daily basis.Â

Our click and collect service is open but please await confirmation that your order is ready and waiting, prior to your arrival. Our Trade Counter remains closed for the foreseeable future.
