BJP Breakthrough Awards
BJP have announced their innaugural Breakthrough Awards. The competition is open to current students and photographers who have graduated within the last five years. Work can be captured on film, digital and mobile. Winners will be showcased in an exhibition as well as in print and online through the British Journal of Photography. Tetenal European B&W Analogue Photography Competition
Whether it is through portrait, lifestyle, landscape, architecture or wildlife photos – analogue B&W photography lives!
To celebrate it, Tetenal have decided to hold the European B/W Classics Award 2014/2015.

Jerwood/Film and Video Umbrella Awards – Borrowed Time
For moving-image artists in the first five years of their practice. Artists make proposals for “ambitious new works”, two of which are selected by a panel of experts. The selected artists are each given a Β£20,000 to create the proposed work over a 10-month period. FotoFilmic’15 Call for Entries
FotoFilmic are a global film-photography publication and curated platform dedicated to emerging and unknown photo talents attached to film worldwide. This the 3rd annual worldwide film photography competition, with the winners being exhibited in galleries in Vancouver, New York and Seoul. Entrants selected in each SHORTLIST will be featured on the FotoFilmic website. There are three consecutive open calls that last for two months each, the first, SHORTLIST 1, is open now.
